Henry Clay Coffey,of 4315 Cogbill Rd., passed away at a local hospital, July 27, 1965, age 48.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia S. Coffey, two sons, William H. C. Coffey and Wilson R. Coffey; one daughter, Miss Virginia S. Coffey; his mother, Mrs. Zeta Coffey, three sisters, Mrs. Helen Hankansen, Mrs. Louise Forbes and Mrs. Betty Needham. 

The remains will rest at the Joseph W. Billey Fineral Home, Third and Marshall, where services will be held Friday, at 2 P.M. Interment in Sunset Memorial Park.

Mr. and Mrs. William Bert Soles announce the marriage of their daughter, Bessie Virginia, to Henry Clay Coffey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry O. Coffey, of Linville, N. C.

The ceremony was performed June 4 by the Rev. O. E. Bradshaw, pastor of the Kingsland Baptist Church. Bessie Virginia Soles, daughter of William Bert Soles, was born circa 1920 in Chester, Chesterfield Co., VA. Bessie died in Spartanburg Co., SC on 19 January 1995 and waas buriedd at Her burial place is unknown to me.
