He registered for the WWI draft on 12 September 1918¹¹⁰⁵⁸ He appeared in the census on 14 April 1930 in Petroleum Co., MT.¹¹⁰⁵⁹ Albert died on 20 June 1967 at the age of 83 at Lewistown Hospital in Lewistown, Fergus Co., MT and was buried at Winnett City Cemetery in Petroleum Co., MT.^11060,11061

Lewistown - Albert G. Coffey, 83, retired Lewistown area farmer died Tuesday in a local hospital.

He was born Jan. 7, 1884, at McKinney, Ky. Mr. Coffey married Lois S. Garrison, June 20, 1911, at Pawhuska, Okla.

He came to Montana in 1917 and lived near Dovetail where he ranched and was postmaster for 24 years. In 1956 he moved to Winnett and in 1966 to Lewistown.

Survivors include two sons, Joe of Malta, and Bob of Winnett; four daughters, Mrs. Marguerite Cook of Lewistown, Mrs. Alberta Ziesmer and Mrs. Twila McCue, both of Winnett, and Mrs. Mary Lou Bevis of Gillett, Wyo.; and two sisters and 16 grandchildren.

Funeral services at First Baptist Church in Winnett. Burial in Winnett cemetery.

Albert Galatin Coffey Jr. and Lois Senora Garrison¹¹⁰⁶² were married on 20 June 1911 in Pawhuska, Osage Co., OK. They appeared in the census on 15 January 1920 in Bremerton, Kitsap Co., WA.¹¹⁰⁶³ Lois Senora Garrison, daughter of Joseph G. Garrison and Senora C. Fox, was born on 2 March 1891 in North Carolina. Lois died in Montana on 1 November 1929. Winnett City Cemetery in Petroleum Co., MT in November 1929 .¹¹⁰⁶⁴
