Mrs. Reba Julia Coffey Price, 71, of Lenoir, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2007, at her home.

Born April 9, 1936, in Watauga County, Mrs. Price was a daughter of the late Milton and Velma Triplett Coffey; and the wife of Raymond Sylvester Price of the home. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Wade, M.L., Ronard and Dofus Coffey; and one sister, Junie Coffey.

Mrs. Price was a homemaker, retired from Singer Furniture, and a member of Green Mountain Baptist Church.

Other than her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sheila Herald and husband Ronald, and Tammy Setzer and husband John, all of Lenoir; one son, Raymond Price and wife Denise of Lenoir; four sisters, Winnie Hartley, Wilma Horn and Jeanette McNeil, all of Lenoir, and Mozell Carpenter of Hickory; one brother, Odus Coffey of Virginia; six grandchildren, Ronald Herald Jr., Julie Wilson and husband Lance, Billy Herald, John Setzer Jr. and wife Kim, Matthew Setzer, Daniel Setzer ;and four great-grandchildren, Bailey Quick, Ginny Herald, Madeline and Landon Wilson.

A celebration of Mrs. Price's life will be held at 2 p.m. today at Green Mountain Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Keever officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends today from 1 until 2 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Hamby, Jackie Woods, Bobby Anderson, Bobby Church, Tommy Winkler and George Church.

Mr. Raymond Sylvester "Vester" Price, 82, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at Caldwell Hospice. He was born in Caldwell County on Feb. 19, 1934, to the late Lens Price and Lela Watson Price. He was married to Clairece Hendrix Dula of the home.

Mr. Price was a veteran of the United States Army, working in demolitions. After the service he worked as an auto mechanic.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Reba Coffey Price, and his brother, Albert Price.

Other than his wife he is sur vived by his daughters, Sheila Herald and husband Ronny, and Tammy Setzer and husband John; son, Raymond L. Price and wife Denise; stepsons, Brian Dula and wife Rebecca, and Brent Dula and wife Martha; sisters, Louise Robbins and Marie Winkler; grandchildren, Ronny Herald and wife Kim, Julie Wilson and husband Lance, Billy Herald, John Allen Setzer Jr. and wife Kim, Matthew Setzer, Daniel Setzer, Natalie Dula, Savanah Wilson and husband Christian, Mara Dula, Caroline Dula, Ethan Winkler and Emily Winkler; great-grandchildren, Bailey Quick, Ginny Herald, Maddy Wilson, Landon Wilson, Landry Wilson, Ailyn Wilson and Olivia Wilson; and great-great-grandchild, Leland Barker.

A celebration of Mr. Price's life will be held at Piney Grove Baptist Church on Friday, May 20, 2016, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Reeves and Pastor Charles Keever officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Green Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery with military honors.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 prior to the service.
