Mr. James Earl "J. E." Coffey, 50, furniture worker, died Nov. 3, 1992, at Caldwell County Hospice. Funeral is 11 a.m. today at Boone's Fork Baptist Church cemetery.

Survivors are his brothers, Walter Coffey, Dave Coffey. Pendry's is in charge.
