DALTON, DEAN - age 63, of Talbott, TN passed away at 12:40 p.m. Friday, February 11, 2005 at St. Mary's Hospice Center in Knoxville, TN. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Birdie Dalton sisters, Ora Jessee and Drama Brewer brothers, Sherman Scearce and Rue Dalton. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Betty Dalton brothers, B. L. Dalton and wife, Jane of New Tazewell Gordon Dalton of Atlanta, GA and Wager Dalton of Whitesburg brother-in-law, Ray McBee and wife Joann sisters-in-law, Peggy and husband Jerry Williams of Middlesboro, KY,and Mary Walker of Sharp's Chapel mother-in-law, Faye Cummings of Knoxville, TN a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend David Cross and Reverend Ronnie Barnes officiating. Music will be by the Walker family quartet. Family and friends will meet at the Farrar Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 14, 2005 to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
