Robey D. Gragg

Lenoir, March 31 - Funeral services for Robey D. Gragg, 78, retired carpenter of Lenoir, who died Saturday at his home after an illness of five years, were conducted this morning at West Lenoir Baptist Church. Burial was in Blue Ridge Park. Born in Caldwell County, he was a member and deacon of West Lenoir Baptist Church and was a member of the Odd Fellows lodge. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Puett Gragg; three daughters, Mrs. B. G. Teams of Boone and Mrs. A. H. Nail and Mrs. C. W. Jenkins of Lenoir; four sons, Fred, Dallas and Jay Gragg of Lenoir and K. M. Gragg; 22 grand-children; 24 great-grandchildren; two half brothers, Harry Gragg of Bluefield, W.Va., and Burton Gragg of Detroit, Mich.; and a half sister, Mrs. David Hollar of Hudson.

A living couple was married in 1902 in Johns River Twp., Caldwell Co., NC.20060 Living (private).
