I Andy Coffey of the County of Russell and State of Kentucky make this my last will. I give divise and bequeath my estate and property real & personal as follows (viz) 1st it is my will and desire that all my just debts shall be paid including my funeral expenses out of the proceeds of my estate. 2d I give to my son Bryant A. Coffey one horse bridle and saddle, one cow, one sow and pigs, one ewe and lamb or two dollars in money one bed and furniture and twelve month provisions if on hand but he is not to have the liberty to trade his horse while a minor without advise from his three oldest brothers also he is to receive fifth dollars in money at the death of his mother provided he stays with her till then and takes care of her 3d I give to my wife Sarah A. Coffey the remainder of my entire estate both personal and real to have during her live and she shall have the right to sell and convey any or all land belonging to my estate and buy other lands provided by three oldest sons be consulted before trading said land and at her death the remainder of my estate personal and real to be equally divided between my children 4th I appoint my three oldest sons John W. Coffey G. W. Coffey and Waltun (?) N. Coffey executors of this my will and give them the right to sell and convey any and all lands then belonging to my estate as they think best for the interest of my estate done this the 8th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four before God and these witnesses His Andy X Coffey Mark

Wells clerk of the county court for the county and state aforesaid certify that on the 21st day of April 1884 the foregoing instrument of writing was produced to court and proven by the oath of Larue P. Hurt and I. N. Williams the two subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be established and recorded as the last will and testament of Andy Coffey deceased Whereupon I have recorded the same together with this certificate in my office Given under my hand this 24th day of April 1884 A. C. Wells Clerk R.C.C.

"Sally" Bernard were married on 29 June 1844 in Russell Co., KY.726 They726 appeared in the census on 18 July 1860 in Russell Co., KY.727 They727 appeared in the census on 20 August 1870 in Russell Co., KY.728 Andy and Sally728 appeared in the census on 15 June 1880 in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY.729 Sarah A. "Sally" Bernard was born on 18 April 1827 in Kentucky. Sarah died in Russell Co., KY on 23 July 1896 and was buried at Coffey Cemetery in Russell Springs, Russell Co., KY in July 1896 .730
