8602. Maude Coffey was born on 30 January 1902 in Oneida, Scott Co., TN. Maude died at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Anderson Co., TN on 14 March 1990 and was buried at Hazel Valley Memorial Cemetery in Oneida, Scott Co., TN on 17 March 1990 .26798

Maude Coffey Davis, 88 of Oneida passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 14 1990 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge following a brief illness.

She was the daughter of the late Cap Coffey and Lettie McBride Coffey and was also preceded in death by her husband Elmer Davis: 2 special sisters: Ada Lewis and Emily Coffey: and 4 brothers: Walter Othel,John, Ome and William Jennings Coffey:and one grandson, David Boutwell.

Mrs Davis is survived by one daughter, Agnes Lucille Boutwell of Oneida, one son, Eugene Davis of Harrison, Ohio, three granddaughters, including one special granddaughter, Kathy Lynn Massengale of Oneida: three grandsons, fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted from the chapel of West Murley Funeral Home at 10 A.M. on Saturday March 17 with Rev Guy Ainsworth officiating. Irene and Thea Chitwood sang. Burial was in the Hazel Valley Cemetery. 

Maude Coffey and Elmer Davis were married on 15 August 1922 in Scott Co., TN.26799 They26799 appeared in the census on 6 May 1930 on the Oneida Road in Scott Co., TN.26800 They26800 appeared in the census on 11 April 1940 in Oneida, Scott Co., TN.26801 Elmer Davis was born on 13 March 1903 in Morgan Co., TN. Elmer died in Oneida, Scott Co., TN on 27 August 1975 and was buried at Hazel Valley Memorial Cemetery in Oneida, Scott Co., TN in August 1975 .26802
