1864. Aaron Bonville Coffey6960 was born on 12 January 1860 in Jasper, Pickens Co., GA.6614 He was a Banker. He appeared in the census on 16 June 1880 at with the James P. Crockett family in Decatur, DeKalb Co., GA.6961 Aaron died of a cerebral edema on 7 May 1923 at the age of 63 in Atlanta, Fulton Co., GA and was buried at Lithonia City Cemetery in DeKalb Co., GA on 8 May 1923.6962,6963

The body of Aaron B. Coffey, a well-known citizen of Lithonia who died Sunday evening at a local hospital, was taken to Lithonia Monday for funeral and interment by Awdry and Lowndes. Services were held from the Baptist church.

Mr. Coffey had been confined to his home for the past year and his death followed a nervous collapse. He was formerly cashier of the Lithonia Banking company and for many years had been prominent in DeKalb county politics. He at one time served as representative in the state legislature. He was a member of the Lithonia Baptist Church and was a deacon for many years.

Mr. Coffey was survived by a son, George A. Coffey of Lithonia, and a brother, E.C. Coffey of Dalton.

Florence died in 1920 at the age of 53 in Lithonia, DeKalb Co., GA and was buried at Lithonia City Cemetery in Lithonia, DeKalb Co., GA.
