Jesse L. Coffey

Danville, Va. - Jesse L. Coffey, 81, of 103 Southland Drive died Wednesday in Greensboro Convalescent Center after six months illness. Coffey, a native of Amherst County, Va., was a retired stockbroker with the firm of Abbot, Proctor and Payne in Danville. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Danville and past president of Danville Kiwanis Club. He was a veteran of World War I.

Graveside service will be 3 p.m. today at Alamance Memorial Park at Burlington.

Survivors are widow, Mrs. Mabel W. Coffey; daughters, Mrs. Patricia Todd of Staunton, Va., Mrs. Mabel Perkins of Burlington; sister, Mrs. Jack Cartwright of Knoxville, Tenn.
