Survivors include a son, Eugene Goodin; a daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Stephens of Whitley City, Ky.; a brother, Woodrow Coffey of Oneida; four sisters: Ina Morris and Agnes Mays, both of Oneida, Jennie Newport of Birmingham, Ala., and Christine Davis of Cincinnati, O.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, in the chapel of the Scott County Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy Blevins and Rev. Charles Boonstra officiating. Burial was in the Hazel Valley Cemetery. Scott County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Elizabeth "Bessie" Coffey and Omie E.
