COFFEY Lloyd Estel, 82, of Lexington, husband of Bertha Lovett Coffey, went to be with his Lord Sat, Aug. 19, 2006 at his residence. He was the son of the late Dewey and Ida Eunice Gadd Coffey and was a WWII veteran.

Mr. Coffey was a retired security guard for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, worked 12 years with A.D.E.S.A. , was a member of Providence Christian Church and the V.F.W Post #680.

Besides his wife. Survivors include one son, Earl (Ada) Coffey, Indianapolis, IN; one daughter, Barbara (Billy) Massie, six grandchildren, Mark and Matt Coffey, Robert Lanasa, Donna Remeika, Lori Lane, William Miller; 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers, one sister and a granddaughter, Linda Lee "Sissy" Coffey.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tue at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Main Street with Rev. Jerry Johns officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Mon at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Richmond Cemetery.

Lloyd Estil Coffey and Bertha Lovett were married on 11 June 1976 in Campbell Co., TN.22568 Bertha Lovett was born in 1928 in Kentucky. Bertha died at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington, Fayette Co., KY on 13 January 2013 and was buried at Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, Madison Co., KY on 16 January 2013 .22569,22570

COFFEY Bertha Lovett, 84, widow of Lloyd Estill Coffey, of Lex, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Central Baptist Hospital.

Born in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Lizzie Keene Lovett. She was a homemaker and a member of The Ladies VFW Auxiliary. She was also a member of Providence Christian Church.

Survivors include her son, Earl Coffey, (Ada) Indianapolis, In; daughter, Barbara Massie, (Billy), Lex; six grandchildren, Mark and Matt Coffey, Robert Lanasa, Donna Remeika, Lori Lane, and William Miller; thirteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her Parents, five brothers, eight sisters, and a granddaughter, Linda Lee "Sissy" Coffey.

Funeral services will be at 10am Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Kerr Brothers- Main St With burial following at Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Tue at the funeral home.
