Preceding her in death are all her brothers and sisters. She was a retired House Mother with the Baptist Children's Home at Glendale, a member of the Elk Spring Valley Baptist Church and a member of the Monticello order of the Easter Star#526. Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 29, 2000 at 11 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Bobby Slagle officiating. Burial was in Elk Spring Cemetery. Hoyt G. Hickey & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Stella Lee Coffey and Clarence W. Alexander were married. Clarence W. Alexander, son of Obie Alexander and Sallie O. Perkins, was born on 4 March 1914 in Kentucky. Clarence died on 24 September 1988 at the age of 74 in Kentucky and was buried at Elk Spring Cemetery in Monticello, Wayne Co., KY.41748 |
