COFFEY, MR. FRANKLIN DELANO (BUDDY) - age 66, of Harriman, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 1998, at Fort Sanders Park West Medical Center. He was interested in reading, Indian artifacts, the Old West, herbal doctoring, kids, dogs and being a good Samaritan. He was a member of the US Air Force and was in the Korean Conflict. Mr. Coffey was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Essie Coffey; brothers, Vance, Junior and Larry Coffey; sisters, Ruby Coffey and Helen Conner. He is survived by Carol Ann Hall Coffey and Dot Jenkins; sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Brenda Coffey of Lancing, Thaddeus Z. and Regina Coffey of Kingston; daughter, Sonya Coffey and James A. Luffman of Harriman; three grandsons, Josh Coffey of Harriman, Jeremy Coffey of Lancing, Thaddeus "Zachery" Coffey II of Kingston; two granddaughters, Jessica Nicole Coffey of Lancing, Brittany Hendrix of Kingston; two great-grandchildren, Andrew Coffey of Wartburg, Cheyenne Coffey of Lancing; brother, Leonard Coffey of Wartburg; sisters, Nellie Everett of Harriman, Wanda Abston of Kingston, Linda Kilby of Oakdale; brother-in-law, David Hall of Harriman; sister-in-law, Betty Lovin of Greenwood, Ind.; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service will be held Friday, December 11, 1998, 8 p.m. Schubert Funeral Home Chapel, Wartburg, with David Howard officiating. Graveside service will be held Saturday 2 p.m. Roane Memorial Gardens. A stone monument will be erected at Crab Orchard Cemetery, Oakdale, by Timothy and Thaddeus Coffey in honor of their father. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg.

Carol Ann Hall, daughter of Willard Hall, was born on 17 September 1937 in Tennessee. Carol died on 17 May 2006 at the age of 68 in Harriman, Roane Co., TN and was buried at Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood, Roane Co., TN on 20 May 2006.33048,33049

COFFEY, MRS. CAROL ANN HALL, age 68, of Harriman, passed away at her home Wednesday May 17, 2006.

She was preceded in death father; Willard "Cowboy" Hall, mother; Elizabeth Spoons and step-father; Shields Spoons. Former husband; Frank "Buddy" Coffey, brothers; James R. Hall and David R. Hall.

Mrs. Coffey is survived by sons; Timothy W. Coffey of Harriman and Thaddeus Z. Coffey I of Kingston. Daughter and son-in-law; Sonya Coffey and James A. Luffman of Harriman. Grandchildren; Joshua Coffey and fiance Jessica Quaranto of Florida, Jeremy Coffey and wife Jackie of Lancing, Jessica Chasteen and husband Michael of Lancing, Thaddeus 'Zackery" Coffey II of Kingston and Brittany Hendrix of Harriman.

Great-grandchildren; Andrew, Cheyenne, Gabrielle, Timothy Amos, Samuel, Ashton all of Lancing and Wartburg and Nicole of Florida. Sister; Betty Lovin and children Ronnie, Karen and Billie Ann of Greenwood, In. Aunt; Ruby Hall Julian and children; Homer and Tommy of Harriman. Sisters-in-law; Margaret Hall of Harriman and children; Cindy, Sandra, Rusty, Wade and Beth, and Darla Hall of Sunbright. Cousin Teddy Hall and wife of Crossville. Nephews; James, Eric and Shawn Hall and families.

Special people to her and her children; Brenda Coffey, Nellie Everett, Max Rosser, Leonard Coffey, Inez Coffey, Terry Coffey, Jimmy Adkisson, Jimmy Harmon, Ruth and Stacey Twight, The Luffman family, Tiffany, Devan and Marilyn Franklin and (Sassy), Peggy and Lester Sands, Jared Hall and wonderful neighbors at Coffey Lane and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday May 20, 2006 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral service will follow at 8 P.M. with Bro. Estel Underwood officiating. Special vocals by Tiffy Franklin.

Graveside service 2 P.M. Sunday in Roane Memorial Gardens, Rockwood. Pallbearers; Josh Coffey, Jeremy Coffey, Terry Coffey, Jimmy Adkisson, James Willliams and Rick Franklin. Honorary pallbearers; Zackery Coffey and Devan Franklin. Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg in charge of arrangements.

Thaddeus Zackery Coffey I, 44, of Kingston, passed away Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010, in University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville.

A stone mason, his work was featured in Southern Living magazine. He was an avid reader and active in recycling, interests he shared with his son. He played blues harmonica and was most known for his willingness to help others.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin "Buddy" and Carol Ann Hall Coffey.
Survivors include his son, Thaddeus "Zackery" Coffey II; a brother, Timothy Coffey; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Brenda Coffey and Randy Hamby and Sonya Coffey; two nephews and spouses, Josh and Jessica Coffey and Jeremy and Jackie Coffey; a niece and spouse, Jessica and Michael Chasteen; seven great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew, Cheyenne, Gabrielle, Timothy, Samuel, Ashton and Gavin; four aunts, Betty Lovin, Nellie Everett, Linda Kilby and Wanda Abston; his two beloved dogs, Rody and M.J.; a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, in Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. A celebration of life service followed. Burial was at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, at Roane Memorial Gardens, Rockwood.
