She was the daughter of the late Azel and Effie Woodard. She was a member of Great Neck Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Ronald L. Coffey (Ann); grandchildren, Rev. Patrick L. Coffey (Donna), Deborah C. Bays (Marshall), Robert A. Smith (Diane) and Shannon S. Fisher (Danny); 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great great-granddaughter; sisters, Myde Eason and JoAnne Clayton, and brother, George Perry Woodard. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Clyde E. Coffey, Jr.; daughter, Audrey Coffey Smith; son, Gary Clyde Coffey; sisters, Myrtle Corbett and Sally Langston and brother, Lester Woodard. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 11 am at Great Neck Baptist Church with Rev. Patrick L. Coffey and Dr. K. Todd Holt officiating. Burial will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Great Neck Baptist Church.
