Orma Mary Eichholz

Eichholz, Orma Mary (Nee Coffey) Age 92, of West Allis. Born to Eternal Life on September 15, 2011, peacefully joined our Lord, surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Beloved wife of the late Lester Eichholz. Preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Irene Remeniuk Eichholz, her parents, Zilpha and James Coffey, her sister, Sister Maureen Coffey, and her brothers Henry, Leo, and Joseph Coffey. Loving mother of Susan (Michael) Torres, Jim (Diane), Mary (Jim) Baker, Eileen (Jerry) Gillis, Tom, John (Laura), Jeannette (Ron Rogers), Patrice (Chris) Monaco, Marita (John) Samuels. Dear grandmother of Matthew (Katie) Torres, James John (Amy) Eichholz, Christine Eichholz, Jennifer Eichholz, Tommy Eichholz, Jerry (Laura) Gillis, Jason Gillis, Charlie Eichholz, Kerry Eichholz, Patrick Eichholz, Katie (Michael) Wilhelm, Andrew Eichholz, Geoffrey Rogers, Hilary Monaco, Harrison Monaco, Laura Utschig-Samuels, Stephen Utschig-Samuels, Philip Alexander Samuels, and Kathryn Jeanne Samuels. Cherished great-grandmother of Emma Rose Torres, Wyatt, Benjamin, Bethany, and Annelise Eichholz, Adam Steven and Maxwell James Dykema, Helena and Luke Dorris, and Zachary and Abigail Gillis.

Visitation Wednesday, September 21 from 5-7PM at Holy Assumption Church, 7109 West Orchard Street, West Allis, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 7PM. Refreshments will be served following Mass. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery Thursday at 10AM. Please meet at cemetery parking lot.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Raul Mateo for his kind care and compassion and to the many caretakers who have watched over our mother from time to time. God Bless You All. Orma loved working in the family business, West Allis Office Supply. She loved children well and lived with a positive attitude. Up to her dying day, when asked how she was doing, she always answered, "Pretty good. Taking it one day at a time."

Orma Mary Coffey and Lester William Eichholz were married on 2 November 1941. Lester William Eichholz, son of Emil August Eichholz and Anna Maria Theresa Zunker, was born on 5 April 1916 in Wisconsin. Lester died in Milwaukee, Milwaukee Co., WI on 26 October 1987.41846,41847
