Bessie Coffey and Francis Scott Andrew were married on 28 March 1932. Francis Scott Andrew was born on 11 November 1911. Francis died in Russell Co., KY on 19 July 1996 and was buried at Dixon Cemetery in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY on 21 July 1996 .²⁴⁶⁹⁶
