Mrs. Hester J. Webber, 78, of 3422 Hollins Rd., died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Robert L. Moore, 2648 Lansing Drive, N. W.

Surviving are her husband, A. S. Webber; three daughters, Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Geneva Hester and Mrs. Nell Stacy both of San Diego, Cal.; a son Henry C. Webber, Norfolk; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Howard Eanes, Vinton; Mrs. Claude Mason, Roanoke; two step-sons, J. A. Webber, Brookneal; G. G. Webber, Lewistown, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Lacy M. Coffey, Rossland; three brothers, J. A. Coffey and O. V. Coffey, Massie's Mill and W. W. Coffey, Lynchburg.

The funeral will be conducted at Oakey's Chapel at 4 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. L. C. Hale. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton.

Arthur died in Lynchburg, Independent City, VA on 6 July 1964 and was buried at Mountain View Cemetery in Vinton, Roanoke Co., VA on 8 July 1964 .13387

Arthur Sidney Webber, 91, of 2331 Carlton Road, SW, died Monday in a Lynchburg Hospital. He was a retired employee of the Railway Electric Co. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. C. M. Mason, Mrs. C. H. Evans, Mrs. R. L. Moore, Roanoke, Mrs. Geneva W. Beadsley, San Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Nell W. Stacy, Carlsbad, Calif.; three sons, G. G. Webber, Lewistown, Pa., John A. Webber, Brookneal, H. C. Webber, Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Sallie, W. Overstreet, St. Petersburg, Fla.; a brother, Lewis Webber, Montvale. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lotz Chapel, with burial in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton.
