They appeared in the census on 25 April 1940 in Massies Mill, Nelson Co, VA.¹⁴⁰³¹ Quincy Eunice Fitzgerald⁵¹²³, daughter of Bennett Franklin Fitzgerald and Mary Etta Fitzgerald, was born on 14 September 1909 in Massies Mill Dist., Nelson Co, VA.

Quincy's birthdate is probably incorrect.

Quincy died in Lovingston, Nelson Co., VA on 7 October 1994 and was buried at Benjamin F. Coffey Family Cemetery in Nash, Nelson Co., VA in October 1994 .¹⁴⁰³²

"Patrick (Pat) Henry's wife Quincy didn't die in 1948. I remember visiting her in Nash in the 1970's. I don't have any dates for her birth or death but she was 20 to 30 years younger than her husband. They had 4 children: Charlene Marie, Carl Franklin, Ralph Davis and Elda Lisa Coffey."
