John Campbell Copeland, 82, died Thursday [July 24, 1969] at a Nevada hospital. He formerly lived in Vienna. Mr. Copeland was born Nov. 18, 1886, in Vienna, the son of Noah and Mary Coffee Copeland.

He married Nannie McCrory on Aug. 21, 1911 in Vienna. She survives. He was a member of the Methodist Church and the I.O.O.F. Lodge in Kansas City. Other survivors include: three sons, James Copeland, Wasco Calif., Eugene Copeland, Peoria, Ill., and Rowland Copeland, Yermo, Calif., four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Birmingham Funeral Chapel, Vienna, with the Rev. Frank Loudenslager officiating. Burial will follow in the Vienna Cemetery.

John Campbell "Cam" Copeland and Nannie Mae Reedy were married. Nannie Mae Reedy was born on 21 November 1894. Nannie died in California on 19 December 1994 and was buried dat Wasco, Kern Co., CA in December 1994.17601
