Mary Elizabeth (Pete) Coffey, 71, Carrie Bolen Drive, Columbia, KY, died Monday, September 26, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY.

The funeral service will be Thursday, September 29, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., at Grissom Funeral Home with Bro. Pat Humphrey and Bro. Gilbert Harmon officiating.

She was the daughter of the late Virgil and Lucille Burton and the widow of Hobart Coffey.

Survivors include the following: Five sons: Bobby Coffey, Bowling Green, KY; Henry and his wife Carla Coffey, Albany, KY; Roger and his wife Kay Coffey of Columbia, KY; Ricky and his wife Sherri Coffey; and Jeff and his wife Sherri Coffey, all of Fairplay, KY; Two daughters: Patricia and her husband Johnny Burton, Columbia, KY; and Joe Ann Torres, Russell Springs, KY; and 17 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Burial will be in Bearwallow Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 1 p.m., Central Time, Wednesday, September 28, 2005, at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY.
