Malcolm Hall "Mack" Coffey, 62, formerly of Waynesboro, died Dec. 31, 1985 in Barti, Italy. He was born in near Sherando on Nov. 17, 1923, a son of Adolphus F. and Iola Jane (Hatter) Coffey. He served as a medic in the Air Force during World War II, earned a degree in theology from Cincinnati Bible Seminary and had served as minister of the Altavista Church of Christ. He was employed as director of Mediterranean Christian Missions in Barti, where he had lived for 30 years. Survivors include his widow, Wilma (Delahunt) Coffey; two daughters, Patricia and Valerie, both of Cincinnati; two sons, Mark of Michigan and Scott Coffey of California; three brothers, Ralph C. and Eugene R., both of Waynesboro; and Ross W. Coffey of Staunton; three sisters, Miss Gertrude Coffey of Fredericksburg and Mrs. Lillian C. Proffitt and Mrs. Ruby C. Mason, both of Alexandria; a number of nieces and nephews. A service and burial was held in Barti. A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m Sunday in First Christian Church on Delphine Avenue, Waynesboro, by the Revs. Eddie Forehand, Harvey Powell, J.D. Hunt and Dennis Kadian, after which the family will receive friends in the social hall.

Wilma Jean Dillahunt, daughter of Chester Dillahunt and Ruth , was born on 1 April 1925 in Springfield, Clark Co., OH. Wilma died in Virginia on 15 October 2006 and was buried at Quantico National Cemetery in Quantico, Prince William Co., VA on 24 October 2006 .29669,29670,29671

Wilma Jean Coffey, 81, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, Oct. 15, 2006. She was born in Springfield, Ohio, on April 1, 1925 to Chester and Ruth Dillahunt. On Sept. 4, 1948, she was married to Malcolm Coffey from Staunton, Va., now deceased. Together with "Mac," Wilma served as a missionary in Bari, Italy for 44 years as they worked to lead people to Christ, establish churches and encourage and love people in the name of the Lord. She is survived by her four children and their spouses, Tricia and Mikal Keefer, Mark and Pam Coffey, Scott and Bernice Coffey, and Valeri and Steve Herrick; nine grandchildren, Shawn and Adrienne Keefer, Nate and Matt Coffey (with wives Abby and Alanna), David and Kristina Machado (Coffey), and Micah, Josiah, and Caleb Herrick. Family received friends at the Mechanicsville Church of Christ, on Friday, Oct. 20. Additional viewing time will take place in the same location on Saturday, Oct. 21. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Mechanicsville Church of Christ. Interment took place on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family members request that gifts be made to support the Sports and Counseling Ministry in Italy, led by Gianni and Stephany Bruno.
