Mrs. Leslie Coffey Of Montpelier Dies At 43

Mrs. Irene Helen Coffey, 43, of Montpelier passed away Wednesday, March 25, in a Glasgow hospital, after an illness of several weeks.

She is survived by her husband, Leslie Coffey, a daughter, Miss Lynetta Coffey, Montpelier, her mother, Mrs. Leler Helm, a brother, Polerine Helm, both of Jamestown, and one sister, Mrs. Horace Angle, Montpelier.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 28, at Fairview Separate Baptist Church conducted by the Reverends Roger Popplewell and Henry Popplewell. Burial was in the Ragan Cemetery, Glensfork, with Stotts & Phelps Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pall-bearers were Joe Dudley, Joe Coffey, Norman Coffey, Bennie Antle, Wendell Coffey and Ray Antle.
