PAWHUSKA WOMAN TAKEN BY DEATH

Mrs. Eben Soderstrom dies after two month illness. Funeral to be Thursday. Mrs. Eben Soderstrom, well known Pawhuska resident, died at her home at 5:00 a.m. Wednesday following an illness of several months. Mrs. Soderstrom underwent a major operation more than a month ago, but her condition failed to improve. She was born in Arkansas City, March 20, 1889 and had lived in Pawhuska since 1907. She was married in Pawhuska, July 27, 1914. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Dorothy of Pawhuska; three sons, John and Warren of Pawhuska, and Dale of Brownsville, Texas; her mother, Mrs. Betty Conley of Pawhuska; one sister and four brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Johnson Chapel with the Rev. Robert Thompson of the Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the City Cemetery.
