Sylvia June Grider and Willie Cecil "Bill" Cravens were married. Willie Cecil "Bill" Cravens was born on 12 August 1907 in Kentucky. Willie died at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Casey Co., KY on 1 July 1971 from a heart attack and was buried at Glenwood Cemetery in Liberty, Casey Co., KY on 4 July 1971 .47152

Bill Cravens, 63, a furniture dealer in Liberty, died at 2:05 p.m. last Thursday afternoon at the Ephraim McDowell Memorial Hospital in Danville following a heart attack. A native of Lincoln County, he was the father of James L. Cravens, editor of the Central Kentucky News. He was born on August 12, 1907 and since 1946 operated the Cravens Furniture Company in Liberty. He served four terms on the City Council, and was a member of Craftsman Lodge 722 F&AM. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia June Grider Cravens; two sons, James L. Cravens of Campbellsville and Daniel J. Cravens of Liberty; two daughters, Mrs. Frank Kinnaird, Liberty, and Mrs. Jerry Pierce, Dunnville; four grandchildren; one brother, Henry Cravens, Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Parker Henson, Cincinnati and Mrs. Edith Tarter of Liberty. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the First Methodist Church in Liberty with burial in the Glennwood Cemetery. The McKinney-Burton Funeral Home in Liberty was in charge of the services.
