Mrs. Blanche C. Jernigan

McKinney, Texas - Mrs. Blanche Coffey Jernigan, 90, of Val Alstyne, Grayson County, a retired teacher, died Thursday at a local hospital.

She had taught at Westminster High School in Westminster and at Sedalia School, in Sedalia, both in Collin County.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Westminster Baptist Church in Van Alstyne. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Collin County.

Mrs. Jernigan was a member of Westminster Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, J. Stewart Jernigan, James C. Jernigan and A. Jack Jernigan; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A living couple was married in 1906 in Grayson Co., TX.27554 Living (private).
