Glenwood Houston Coffey, 75, of Buena Vista, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017, at his residence.

Born Oct. 18, 1941, in Rockbridge County, he was a son of the late Finley Houston Coffey and Lillie Vernie Coffey.

Surviving are his wife of 53 ½ years, Juanita Armentrout Coffey; two children, Cynthia C. Taylor and Mark G. Coffey; two grandchildren, Brian C. Lewis and wife Samantha, and Tara L. Henson and husband David; five greatgrandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren; brother, Arnold Lee Coffey; niece, Kimberly Coffey and husband Bobby; nephew, Steve Coffey and wife Angie; sister-in-law, Joyce Robinson; and special family friend Bobby Thomas.

A funeral was conducted Friday, Feb. 10, at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Butch Grow of-ficiating. Burial followed at Green Hill Cemetery.

Arrangements were handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A living couple was married in 1963 in Lexington, VA.43550 Living, daughter of James Monroe Armentrout and Isabel Davis, was born circa 1946 in Rockbridge Co., VA.

Mark Glenn Coffey, 47, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017 at his residence.

He was born January 11, 1970, in Buena Vista.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Glenwood Houston Coffey.
Surviving are his mother, Juanita Armentrout Coffey; his sister, Cynthia C. Taylor; nephew, Brian C. Lewis (Samantha); niece, Tara L. Henson (David); aunt, Joyce Robinson; five great-nieces and nephews; three great-step-nieces and nephews; several cousins; and special family friend, Bobby Thomas.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 11, at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Butch Grow officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
