Otis D. Hibbard Sr. passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family. He was born in Fallsville, AR to Theodore and Hannah (Combs) Hibbard. He served with the USMC, 1st Marine Div., 1952-55 in the Korean War. Otis married Alfreda Coffey Sept. 24, 1955, in Oklahoma City. He was a 32nd degree Mason and was a lifelong member of Billy Hooton Memorial United Methodist Church. He was a registered Master Baker and owner of Cinderella Cake Shop for 40 years. Otis was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings, Opal, Ocie, Gerald, and Olen Ray; his parents-in-law, Fred and Hazel Coffey; and his sister-in-law, Essie Coffey McWhorter. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Alfreda; children, Otis Jr., Freddy (Julian), Jynon (Alfons Koegel), Teddy, Alec (Aubree), and bonus son, Bill Gardner (Anna); his grandchildren, Jackson, Allison, Jenna, Katie Hibbard, and bonus grandson, Jonathan Clour. He is also survived by brothers, Cledis (Mary), Gene (Ann), and Bill (Kay); sister-in-law, Betty Hibbard; his brothers-in-law, John McWhorter and Johnny Coffey (Debbie); and many very special nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be planned at Billy Hooton Memorial United Methodist Church.

Otis Hibbard Jr., 62, passed away, surrounded by family.

Born in Oklahoma Oklahoma City to Otis D. Sr. and Alfreda Coffey Hibbard, Otis graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1974 and from the University of Oklahoma in 1979 with a degree in petroleum geology. He was a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Otis studied at the Oxford College of Law, Oxford, England, and he graduated from Oklahoma University College of Law in 1991.

Otis had many interests, talents and a love of learning. He was a gifted musician and enjoyed supporting local musicians. Otis was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Otis was preceded in death by his father, Otis D. Hubbard, Sr.; grandparents Theodore & Hannah Combs Hibbard and Fred & Hazel Perry Coffey

He is survived by his faithful mother, Alfreda; and his siblings, Freddy & wife Julian; Jynon & husband Alfons Koegel, Teddy, and Alec & wife Aubree; nephew, Jackson and nieces, Allison, Jenna, and Katie. Otis is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts and special cousins.

A Family Memorial Service will be held on Feb. 9, 2019.

Otis also survived by numersous aunts, uncles and special cousins.

Otis is preceded in death by his father, Otis D., Sr.. his grandparents, Theodore and Hannah Combs Hibbard and Fred and Hazel Perry Coffey; uncle Olen R. Hibbard and aunt, Essie Coffey McWhorter.

A memorial service was held in Oklahoma City, Cleveland Co., OK on 9 February 2019.
