Ophia was born in Bean Station, Tennessee on April 7, 1923 to the late Elijah and Martha (Coffey) Coffey.

Ophia was preceded in death by her husband, Enos Garfield Coffey; children, Dussie Jean, Loyd, Charles Willis, Cleo B (Coffey) Hughes, Odell, and Delano D.

She is survived by her three sons, Leo (Debbie) Coffey, Elmer (Lynn) Coffey, Richard Coffey; daughter, Marilyn Sue (Gary) Maxwell; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.

Funeral services are Monday, December 4, 2017 at 11:00 am at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Burial in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm at the funeral home.

Cleo B. Hughes, age 68, of Sevierville, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Saturday July 11, 2015 at LeConte Medical Center. She was born in Washburn, Tennessee on July 19, 1946 to Enos and Ophia Coffey. Cleo is survived by her four children, Billy II; Dena, Shelia, Vickie; four brothers, Leo Coffey, Elmer Coffey, Richard Coffey, Odell Coffey; two sisters, Jean Davis, Sue Doyle; 10 grandchildren; Rebecca, Danielle, Stephen, Jeremy, David, Heather, Haley, Starla, Chris, and Billy III; 5 great grandchildren Payton, Amelia, Naomi, Daliah, and Braydon. Funeral services are 11:00 am Wednesday July 15, 2015 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin, Ohio. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home. As you spread your wings flying up to the sky… we know we will see you again.. this is Later not Goodbye.

Survivors include his wife of more than 15 years, Eunice J.; three sons, Andy and Josh Coffey, both of New Port Richey, and Mike Nickell, Franklin, Ohio; three daughters, JoAnna Coffey, New Port Richey, and Mindy Brewer and Heidi Lawson, both of Franklin, Ohio; his mother, Ophia Coffey, Ohio; three sisters, Jean Davis and Cleo Hughes, both of Tennessee, and Sue Maxwell, Port Richey; and five brothers, Lloyd, Michigan, Leo, Richard and Odell, all of Ohio, and Elmer, Tennessee.
