Harold Frank Coffey Nessel Birth 22 JUL 1921 in Swenson, Clatsop, Oregon Death 9 May 1983 in Svenson, Clatsop, Oregon, USA married Constance Lucretia Mifflin Birth 30 Apr 1922 in Norfolk County, Virginia, USA Death Living My Aunt Connie has Parkenson's and has Hospice in her home. She is not expected to be living for very much longer.

Harold and Aunt Connie had 2 daughters. One daughter and I look at lot alike.  There are probably 75 people of this line. There is a recent 5 generation photo at Aunt Connie's 90th birthday a few months ago. I was lucky to be able to attend.  Enclosed is a photo of Howard and his wife Joyce, and their 4 children. I am not sure if I have the kids permission for you to post the photo of them. I believe you had contact with Karen who corrected her middle name with you, from Karen Sue to Karen Sarah Coffey. So she may be the contact for you for permission to post the photo.  My cousin Larry passed away in 2006. I enclosed his photo as well, which was published in the San Francisco news paper. I do not have any photos of Harold. I do not remember him much as I was too young.

After Harold and Connie got divorced Connie remarried to  Ernest Robert Ghilotti Birth 12 Jul 1923 in San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States Death 1 Jan 1999 in Petaluma, Sonoma, California, USA

They did not have any children nor did Ernest have prior children. I do not have a divorce date for Harold and Connie, but Ernest and Connie married 30 May 1950 in Reno, NV.

Connie and Harold kids and Howard and Joyce's kids were all very close. since their parents were both brothers and sisters, the kids felt like they were  closer than cousins.  My Mom [Virginia], Connie and Joyce were 3 of 19 kids my Grandparents had. Only 8 sisters grew to maturity. One died at age 4 and the other 10 died shortly after birth. My Grandparents had the RH negative blood problem, I had that also. It mostly affects the mother's who are negative and have children who are positive.  The Mifflin family had, up until last December, and annual Christmas Party reunion every year since 1946. Most of us live in the San Francisco bay area or Northern California.  With the death of Joyce and the illness of Connie and some of the other sisters. It was cancelled. We are hoping that the cousins, my generation, will have a party this Christmas! Nice to meet you Jack.~Regards,Sherron Smith
