Coffey

Died April 13, 1985, in a local Hospital, Horace Justin Coffey, Jr. of Chester. He is survived by his wife, Helen R. Coffey; a daughter, Patsy C. Katcham; four sons, Horace Eugene Coffey, James Everett Coffey, Donald Nelson Coffey, Roy Randolph Coffey; three sisters, Virginia Herndon, Madge Stevens, and Helen Allan; a brother, Wilbur Coffey; and nine grandchildren.

His remains rest at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd., (Rt. 10), where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday. Interment Bermuda Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Horace Justin Coffey Jr. and Helen Ransone were married. Helen Ransone was born in 1916. Helen died and was buried at on 29 October 2000 at the age of 84 in Chester, Chesterfield Co., VA and was buried at Bermuda Memorial Park in Enon, Chesterfield Co., VA.^{29206,29207,29208}

COFFEY Helen Ransone Coffey, 84, of Chester, widow of Horace Justin Coffey Jr., died Sunday, October 29, 2000. She was predeceased by a son, Roy R. Coffey. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia C. Katcham of Chester; three sons, Horace E. Coffey of Cleveland, Tenn., James E. Coffey and Donald Coffey, both of Chester; brother, Alfred Ransone of Powhatan; sister, Rebecca Bailey of Stowe, Ohio; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will be in Bermuda Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
