1033. Lt. Alexander Bradford Coffey CSA4163 was born circa 1832 in Tennessee. Alexander died in Statesville, Iredell Co., NC on 15 April 1865 and was buried at Old Fourth Creek Cemetery in Statesville, Iredell Co., NC in April 1865 .4164

This may be the Alexander B. Coffee [sic] who served in the the 17th Cavalry and 17th (Sander's) Battalion, Cavalry.

Lt. Alexander Bradford Coffey CSA and Annie Smith Painter were married on 20 August 1857 in Elizabeth, Union Co., NJ.4165 Annie Smith Painter was born on 17 November 1833 in Pennsylvania. Annie died in Memphis, Shelby Co., TN on 5 May 1862 and was buried at Elmwood Cemetery in Memphis, Shelby Co., TN on 7 May 1862 .4166,4167
