3307. John R. Coffey was born circa 1838 in Tennessee. He lived with his parents in Cherokee Co., NC on 1 June 1850. He lived with his parents in Towns Co., GA on 26 June 1860. John enlisted in Co. A, 29th North Carolina Inf. Regt. in 1861 .^11309,11310 He applied for his CW pension in Brasstown, Clay Co., NC on 4 June 1901.¹¹³¹¹

John R. Coffey and Jane were married. Jane³⁷²³ was born in 1850.
