Funeral services will be Thursday March 14, 2013 at 11amCT/12pm noon ET, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Steve Pescosolido officiating. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 3pmCT/4pmET, Wednesday, March 13 2013, at the funeral home.
