Mrs. Ruth Coffey, 56, dued at Adair Memorial Hospital Saturday, August 31st after several months illness. She was the daughter of the late J. T. and Emma Pickett Rogers, a member of the Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church at Keltner, Ky.

She is survived by her husband, Melvin Coffey of Miami Rt., Columbia; three sons, Aaron Coffey, Louisville; Junior and Bennie Coffey of Columbia, four daughters; Mrs. J. C. Reliford, Sellersburg, Ind., Mrs. Bobby Sexton, Jeffersonville, Ind., Mrs. Preston Carter, Garlin and Mrs. Johnnie Wayne Keltner, Columbia. Also surviving are two brothers, Willie Rogers, Columbia and Ulas Rogers, New Smyrna Beach, Florida; four sisters, Mrs. Mry wright, Greensburg, Mrs. Mattie Rogers, Columbia, Mrs. Helen Price, Morrison, Ill, and Mrs. Anna Rogers, Springfield, Ill; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Revs. Cleston Pickett and M. B. Hodges conducted the funeral service Monday, Sept. 2 at Grisson-Maupin-Hescamp Funeral Home. Burial was in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Harry Breeding, Douglas Breeding, Edgar Scott, Charlie Branham, Eugene Smith, Theran Akin.
