LYNDHURST Helen Esther "Shirley" (Zimmerman) Coffey, 78, of Lyndhurst passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Augusta Health. Born September 26, 1935 in Augusta County, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Mammie Mae (Brooks) Zimmerman. During her working life, she had been employed as a supervisor with Boars Head Inn. She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping and going to races.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Massie Coffey, Sr.;son, Wayne Massie Coffey Sr.;siblings, Mary Baker, Annie Truslow, Ernest Zimmerman, Louis Zimmerman and George Zimmerman.

Survivors include her loving children, Garland Coffey and wife, Diane, Earl "Doodie" Coffey and wife, Joyce, Earl "Dunebug" Coffey and wife, Donna, Pam "Sissy" Brown and husband, Mike, and Tina McLaughlin and husband, Eric;grandchildren, J.R. Coffey, Bruce Coffey, Chastity Comer, Shane Coffey, Jeremy Coffey, Justin Coffey, Jamie Brown, Lindsay Brown, Michael Brown Jr., Eric McLaughlin Jr. and Megan Rader;great-grandchildren, Brooke Coffey, Jordan Coffey, Chase Coffey, Kaleb Coffey, Mason Coffey, Emmie Coffey, Dylan Comer, Jenna Comer, Bentley Comer, Ethan Coffey, Easton Coffey, Elin Coffey, Kerrington Coffey, Wyatt Coffey, Hailey Brown, Rylie Brown, Carlee Brown, Lilly Ferrell, Cheyenne Brown, Evan Brown and Bailee Rader;sisters, Joyce Ramsey and Margie Bess.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Mike Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at the funeral home and other times at both her daughter, Tina McLaughlin's residence and her son, Garland Coffey's residence.

Pamela Jean Coffey was born on 18 February 1962 in Augusta Co., VA. Pamela died in Waynesboro, Independent City, VA on 29 June 2015 and waas buried at Riverview Cemetery in Waynesboro, Independent City, VA on 3 July 2015 .42990

Pamela Jean Brown, 52, of Waynesboro, died Monday, June 29, 2015 at Augusta Health.

She was born February 2, 1963, in Waynesboro, daughter of the late Earl Massie and Helen Zimmerman Coffey. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Massie Coffey, Sr.

Pam was employed by Augusta Health.

Surviving are her husband, Michael R. Brown; son, Michael Brown, Jr.; sister Christina McLaughlin (Eric); brothers Garland Daniel Coffey (Diane), Earl David Coffey (Joyce), and Earl Massie Coffey, Jr. (Donna); grandchildren Cheyenne and Evan Brown; nieces and nephews.

A service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 3, 2015 at McDow Funeral Home by Pastor Mike Wells. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, and at the home following the services.
